Duchess of Cambridge forced to self-isolate due to Covid contact

The Duchess of Cambridge is having to self-isolate after coming into contact with someone who later tested positive for Covid.

Kate had been due to attend a service at St Paul's Cathedral in London on Monday morning to celebrate the work of the NHS in tackling the pandemic.

"Her Royal Highness is not experiencing any symptoms, but is following all relevant government guidelines and is self-isolating at home," Kensington Palace said.
