Inter-Korean phone hotline communication will be restored Monday morning 4 October 2021

The communication link between South Korea and North Korea will be restored at 9am local time

Its currently around 6.30 am as I post 

NK has been testing missiles all last week. This is a positive sign of some conciliation. Maybe the tests didn't go well, I dunno.
