• Prior was -3.9%
• Residential permits -8.3%
• Multi-family -15.9%
• Single family +1.2%
• Non-residential +12.3%
  

With prices as high as they are, I expect supply to kick in at some point but buyers are weary of higher prices lasting and builders are weary of cost pressures.
