US stocks set for a positive open

Sentiment upbeat headed into the open

S&P 500 futures are up 15 points, or 0.3%, just ahead of the equity open. It's a similar story in the Dow and Nasdaq.

After yesterday's closure, the bond market isn't doing much of anything today with yields basically unchanged across the US curve.
